If the order has not yet entered picking, preparation, shipment scheduling, or manual review completion, cancellation may still be possible with limited impact.
Submitting the request promptly gives us the best chance to stop the order before handling, packaging, and freight commitments are incurred.
After inventory has been allocated, items have been packed, documents prepared, or manual handling has started, cancellation may still be reviewed but may no longer be cost-free.
Non-recoverable processing fees, handling labor, or logistics arrangements already committed to the order may be deducted if the cancellation is approved at this stage.
Once the shipment has been released to the carrier, the order is generally handled under shipping and return review rather than pre-dispatch cancellation.
Refusing delivery does not automatically eliminate outbound freight, return freight, customs charges, storage fees, or payment-related costs already incurred.
